Q: How do I get started?
I don't know how to start my canvas order.
A:
Ordering your canvas is as easy as 1-2-3. First, choose your design from our product selection. Next, add it to your cart and check out. Then, email a 5x7 jpeg digital photograph no less than 300 dpi to amy@moonbeamdream.com. We will start creating a canvas that is perfect for you!
Q: Secure packaging?
How will you ship my canvas so it will be secure?
A:
We will ship your custom canvas in a sturdy, corrugated box for maximum protection.
Q: Name or initial?
What does name or initial mean?
A:
You can choose to have a name on a particular design, or just a first or last initial.
Q: Custom Orders
Do you take special requests or do custom orders?
A:
Although we have several designs to choose from, we realize that you may have a more specific design in mind. If you would like to place a custom order, let us know and we will work with you to design the perfect item.
This does take extra creative time on our part, sometimes entailing searching for special embellishments, etc., and there is an extra $10.00 charge for custom orders.
Q: Gift Certificates
Are gift certificates available?
A:
Yes, we do offer gift certificates in increments of $25.00. Just click on the category named Gift Certificates, and if you would like us to ship to the recipient please put their name in the Ship To address. And remember, we'll pay the shipping cost for each Gift Certificate order!
Q: Do you expedite orders?
I need my order ASAP. Can you get it to me sooner?
A:
All orders are made as orders are placed. Please contact us before placing your order if you need the order to be rushed through our system. If you need an order expedited, we will do our best to help in this matter. Please know that there will be a small fee for orders that are expedited.
Q: Shipping Times
How soon will I receive my order?
A:
Since each item is handmade, we ask that you allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to be made, and then 1 week ship time.
